The patches address security concerns that were found in the "Month of Apple Bugs" campaign and include fixes to adjust for new changes in Daylight Savings Time, changes in time zones throughout the world, some Java reliability and compatibility problems, and updates to Final Cut Pro version 5.1.3.
Apple has released the patches in Universal, Panther and PPC versions.
"From time to time you have to correct exposures in any operating system and in any product," Rob Enderle, president and principal analyst at the Enderle Group, told MacNewsWorld. "The Mac guys like to talk about how much more secure their platform is, but any platform being used is going to be a target."

I have been using Apple computer for 10 years. I really love Apple,She never gives me trouble. I just remembered 7 years ago that several Apple's virus had been appeared. I had learnt to deal soon with those problems.. Actually, I never reinstall system on my Apple laptop since I got it 2 years ago,but have reinstalled XP system several time on my PC laptop for the bugs and some annoying virus.
